Where do I go to get my fill of design inspiration?? Chelsea Harbour's Design Centre of course - the home of design & decoration!! There was no way I was going to miss September's 'Focus22' - the ultimate international design and decoration show, connecting with hundreds of world-class brands, showcasing new design directions taking shape and the latest collections that reveal what’s in store for the coming months! A day is just not enough! I wish I could spare a week, there is just so much to see!

Every visit is a delight for the senses, leaving me feeling positively energised, full of new ideas and design ready! Here is a little video I put together, giving you a little insight into some of the beautiful design elements featured - a real intake of patterns, textures, furnishings and lighting. An eclectic mix of styles, from traditional to contemporary, with a huge selection of beautiful, artisan made pieces. Some real statement pieces to be found!

My love of all things retro was definitely brought to the forefront, feeling the art deco vibes especially - beautiful, bold and vibrant prints grabbing my attention, textures of velvet, leather & faux Mongolian sheepskin, glints of shiny gold and the timeless contrast of black and white. So many exquisite finishing touches too, some of my favourites featuring coloured blown glass - it's all in the detail! Feeling very inspired and can't wait for my next visit!
