'Cashmere' is a service that offers an in-person initial consultation to discuss your requirements and take a look at the space/s you would like re-designed.

 

You get to decide what you want included in the package and whether you want the process to be fully in person, or some meetings carried out remotely via video chat.

We'll collaborate to create a beautiful and functional room layout that meets your requirements, choose a colour scheme that suits your preferences, and select products that fit your taste and budget with suggested hand-picked items, chosen just for you.

• In-person initial Consultation (Up to an hour) 

• Remote design consultations (In-person consultations at your home are available as an alternative if preferred and depending on any optional extras you may have chosen.  Please see below for details)

Site Appraisal - £195.00 per room
I will take all room and furniture measurements during this visit, ready for the plans to be drawn up. This is an opportunity also for me to walk out the space to be re-designed, or re-decorated and get a good feel for the space and light. 

Please note: If you would prefer to provide me with your own measurements, I will accept those either taken by yourself, or scale plans supplied by an architect.  I do not accept property agent plans, as these are often inaccurate.  No liability will be taken on my part for incorrect measurements provided.

3D Layout Visuals - £295 per room ​

While 2D visuals are effective in helping you visualize the finished product, 3D visuals may be a better choice for larger projects or designs with more intricate elements.

Physical Moodboard 'Design in Process' Presentation - £165.00 per room 

Immerse yourself in your new room scheme with the opportunity to see, touch, feel and discuss selected product, material and colour samples, displayed together as a beautiful mood board

 

In-Person 'Design in Process' 2D presentation (where a physical moodboard has not been requested) - £59.00

Presentation of 2D visuals and colour scheme at your home.

'Shopping List' with links to suggested furniture - £195.00 per room

 

Final In-Person Design Delivery Meeting - £99.00                                

A final in-person meeting where the physical printouts of the final room design/s complete with digital mood board, layout visuals, colour scheme, 'shopping list' with links to selected furniture and design report is handed over.

 

Extra Admin & Site Visits - £30 p/h

If you would like me to obtain quotations, communicate with suppliers or carry out site visits to oversee installations, this can be arranged as an extra service.
