Presale Property Analysis - £195.00 (Up to 4 Beds, then £30 p/h)

The most effective way to fully understand your requirements and property potential is for me to meet with you and conduct a room-by-room walkthrough analysis of the property. This approach allows for the identification of any presentation or decoration improvements that could enhance the sale value or attract a higher price.

During our walkthrough, I will offer suggestions on how to improve the appearance of each room, taking into account the necessary timeframe and provide a rough cost estimate. If you have not opted for a follow-up Presale Property Report, it is recommended that you bring a pen and notepad to take note of any advice and suggestions offered during the meeting which require action.

This is a comprehensive written report containing detailed guidelines and suggested improvements for every room in the property, to include the suggested colour scheme for each room.

The report includes photographs of each room, along with a list of suggested improvements that could be made to increase the value and sale potential of the property.  We will take into account existing decor, furniture and room layouts and offer advice accordingly and within budget.

We will send you a copy of the report so that you can take advantage of all the suggestions.

Shopping List - £195.00 per room

If you opt for the shopping list as an add-on package, I will I will draw together a collection of suggested furnishings to add to your scheme, creating a ready made room for you, so all you have left to do is shop!

 

Images will be displayed as a collection on one document as a visual of how they will sit together and links will be provided to all items.  Depending on the priority requirements and the budget allowed, I will concentrate on acquiring anything from flooring to furniture, soft furnishings, accessories, plants, fixtures, and fittings. 

 

I am not restricted to any specific suppliers. The products I select will be solely based on my knowledge of the market, the character of the property, and the colour scheme.

Extra Admin & Site Visits - £30 p/h

If you would like me to obtain quotations, communicate with suppliers or carry out site visits to oversee installations or dress the space, this can be arranged as an extra service.
