I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to take on and have hands on involvement from concept through to completion of a property renovation project in Western France, where I lived for 4.5 years with my husband and young daughter.  The property, a stone longère in the Vendée region, was completely re-configured from being a 2 down with an empty attic, to a 4 bedroom (all on the first floor) holiday home with 2 en suites, a family bathroom, games room, large kitchen/diner, lounge and play room.
